Megan Frenkel ’16 is making waves in the world of ocean science. Frenkel, who changed her name from Freiberger last year, is the lead author on a paper recently published in the journal Deep Sea Research I. Using radiocarbon dating techniques, She was able to make new discoveries about the growth rates of deep sea coral.
